Hello

This site is meant to be a temporary introduction to Event Technology Services, and the work of Eric Kennedy, the owner. After more than 20 years in the lighting business, I have established my own regional lighting company to service the New Mexico Southwest and points beyond. As business has grown in the last 5 years from a couple automated heads in my garage to a warehouse with employees and over 50 automated heads and 400 conventional fixtures, it has been a dizzying ride. I am obsessed with providing the best lighting, and keeping up to the state of the art has been quite a journey. I believe that lighting is the intangible force that makes performances great, and that it can and always should strive to be better than it has to be and better than it has been. So that's the first post here- mainly done in the interest of trying to communicate to those that don't know me and my work what it is that we do. Up untill now, we have had no shortage of work, as word of mouth , and repeat customers are our business, but as we grow to the next level it is clear that we will have to market to a larger community to be able to finance the equipment we want to work with to produce the kind of lighting experience we want to see.
